Join us at Sweet Pass Sculpture Park Saturdays for an outdoor dance class —
June 19-July 31, 10-11am
Summer Series is a series of weekly outdoor dance offerings at Sweet Pass Sculpture Park. Each week, a new local movement artist will share a practice of their choosing. Together we'll find space to play, heal, express, sweat, and restore. Classes are offered on a sliding scale, $5-$20. Be advised that we will be moving outside, sometimes in direct sunlight! We recommend wearing shoes you can move in and bringing sunscreen and bug spray. Special thanks to the Material Girls for allowing us to move through their installation, Desire Paths, and to Sweet Pass Sculpture Park for generously opening their gates to us <3
****RAIN PLAN: If we are rained out, class will be held at Arts Mission Oak Cliff, 410 S Windomere Ave, Dallas, TX 75208. Check our Instagram and Facebook for updates by 9:15am the morning of class.****
Agora Artists community class is open to any and all who want to move <3
Led by varying local movement artists, community class is a space to investigate, heal, express, and restore. Through guided improvisational practice and somatic exploration, we invite embodiment and resilience through movement. Classes will vary by week and instructor and are offered on a sliding scale.
